The All on 4/6 concept involves the placement of 4 or 6 implants in edentulous jaws on which fixed works are placed. The All on 4/6 concept is a revolution in the treatment of edentulous patients (and those whose remaining teeth are to be extracted) with significant jawbone loss.
This system allows such patients to receive a fixed prosthetic work without extensive surgical interventions, restoring their confidence and wide smile.
This procedure is recommended for:
- Edentulous patients
- When there are no conditions for making a fixed bridge on 6 or 8 implants
- If the patient does not want a removable denture.
All on 4/6 procedure:
After clinical examination and 3D imaging, a thorough and detailed analysis of the implant positions is performed, followed by the process itself, which takes place in two phases:
Phase I (2 days): implant placement and making temporary teeth
Phase II (5-7 days): 2-3 months after implant placement, involving the opening of implants and making the final All on 4 or 6 work
The placement of implants is a PAINLESS procedure done under local anesthesia and takes about 10 to 15 minutes per implant.
